Tour Waqrapukara full day
We will depart from Cusco between 4:00 and 4:30 AM, picking you up directly from your hotel. Our journey begins with a 1.5-hour drive to Cusipata, where we will stop for a warm and energizing breakfast.
From there, we’ll continue towards Santa Lucia, enjoying breathtaking views of the high-Andean landscapes along the way. After approximately 2 hours, we will arrive at the starting point of our hike.
The trek to the Waqrapukara archaeological complex takes around 1.5 hours, with short breaks to catch our breath and admire the stunning scenery. Upon arrival, we will take a 20-minute rest before exploring this incredible site, once a sacred Inca sanctuary.
At midday, we will enjoy a picnic-style lunch surrounded by nature before beginning our journey back to Cusco, where we expect to arrive around 6:30 PM.
