Manu National Park Excursion: A 5-day, 4-night journey. Join this jungle adventure and enjoy an unmissable tour of one of South America's most important national parks, which we access by crossing the beautiful valleys of Cusco. We will enjoy the charm of Manu on an excursion filled with the landscapes, habitats, flora, and wildlife of one of the most incredible places in the world.
During this 5-day tour, we will visit the Ninamarca Chullpas (pre-Inca burial towers) and the Cloud Forest in Paucartambo. We will also visit the Orquideas de San Pedro Lodge and the Port of Atalaya, among other locations that will allow us to venture deeper into the tropical rainforest. Day 1: Cusco - Chullpas Ninamarca - Orchids of San Pedro Lo
We will start our tour by picking you up from your hotel in Cusco to take our way to the area called Ninamarca, it is in this place where we’ll see the "chullpas" pre-Hispanic constructions in a circular form that possibly served to bury their dead. Culminated this visit we will go to Town of Paucartambo, beautiful town that has picturesque colonial houses and an interesting museum where some ceramics and fabrics of pre-Inca date are displayed.
Lunch will be on the route to the "cloud forest" beautiful place that will be our first point of contact with the Peruvian Amazon where we will be able to appreciate the “oso de anteojos” and the “gallito de las rocas”, as well as the abundant flora until arriving at our hostel "Orquídeas de San Pedro" where we will rest the first night.

Overview:
We will start the tour in the city of Cusco and then go to Paucartambo where we can appreciate its interesting museum and finally enter the cloud forest that will be our first contact with the Peruvian Amazon.
Day 2: San Pedro Orquídeas Lodge - Puerto Atalaya - Erika L
Our second day of excursion will begin very early to try to observe the “gallito de las rocas” in their natural habitat. After this activity we will take our delicious breakfast and then we’ll take the route that will take us to the village of Pilcopata in this place we will have as an optional activity to take some rafting lessons between the rivers Koñeq and Madre de Dios for a lapse of 1 hour and a half. From Pilcopata we will head towards Puerto Atalaya and then board our boat and head for our second place of rest this time in the reserve and Erika lodge. All this way we will be accompanied by flora and fauna of the place.

Overview:
We will start this day observing birds like the famous “gallito de las rocas”, then continue to the jungle to be able to enjoy even more of the wonderful fauna and wild flora.
Day 3: Lodge- Walk- Machuwasi Lagoon - Night Walk
We will start this day with a morning walk where our ecotourism guide will explain and show us the diversity of plants, shrubs and trees as well as the fauna that can be seen in this reserve. Our walk will take us to the lagoon of Machuwasi, it is in this place that we will board our canoes to paddle and be able to appreciate more closely the flora and fauna where with luck we can appreciate the caimans and capybaras. We will return to the lodge after this great adventure to have a visit at night for the observation of insects and amphibians.
Also in the lodge we will have the option to have fun in a canopy circuit that has climbing and descending with ropes.

This third day we can enjoy in Erika lodge where we can also participate in a canopy circuit.
Day 04: Hostel - Aguas Calientes - Hostel
On our fourth day after our delicious breakfast we will board our boat to head to the pools of Aguas Calientes where we can have fun and relax and then have a delicious lunch all surrounded by the wonderful jungle. Finished this day we will return to the lodge for our last night in there.

We can go to some pools in the sector of Aguas Calientes and enjoy a delicious cold lunch
Day 5: Hostel - Pilcopata - Cusco
This will be our last day of adventure and we can not leave without appreciating a collpa. We will leave the lodge to go to a collpa that is a clay wall rich in minerals. There we can appreciate a show of color and sounds of the hundreds of parrots and macaws that come to this place to consume the minerals necessary for their digestion.
At the end of this activity we will return to the lodge to pick up our things and head to the Atalaya port and take the bus back to the city of Cusco which marks the end of our excursion through the jungle.
