We will pick you up from your hotel between 10:00 and 10:40 in the morning, and we will go to a traditional market, where our gastronomic adventure begins. There, we can appreciate a great variety of Peruvian products, and taste fruits such as cherimoya, lucuma, aguaymanto and pacay. We will be surprised to see the great variety of fish and seafood, which are considered among the best in the world. Throughout the visit, the guide will explain one by one each product (its uses, properties, place of origin).

Then we will visit the exclusive restaurant "La Rosa Náutica", which is located on the ocean; Is built on a platform and has access through a private dock that gives the restaurant a unique atmosphere with a great view to the sea.

Our visit to the restaurant will begin with a cooking class, we’ll learn how to prepare Peruvian cocktails, such as pisco sour, and its most famous dish, ceviche. Then we will sit down to enjoy an unforgettable lunch that includes not only our own creations but also other traditional dishes that are considered representative of Peruvian cuisine.
