What we recommend bringing

  • Bring extra beverages to stay hydrated throughout the journey.
  • Pack sunscreen and a wide-brimmed hat to protect yourself from the strong sun.
  • Bring warm clothing for chilly mornings and evenings, as well as light, breathable clothing suitable for trekking through the jungle.
  • Wear sturdy hiking shoes for rough terrain and bring an extra pair in case of rain or unexpected conditions.
  • If you plan to visit the hot springs in Aguas Calientes, don’t forget to pack a swimsuit.
  • Carry insect repellent to stay protected from mosquitoes and other insects along the route.

Other trip recommendations

  • The porter will carry only camping equipment and passenger bags, with a maximum weight of 5 kg per person.
  • A dedicated cook will accompany us for the first four days of the tour, preparing delicious meals to keep us energized throughout the journey.
  • Vegetarian meal options are available upon request.
