Terms and conditions

1.- Services Offered:

The travel agency commits to providing high-quality services including transportation, accommodation, tourist activities, among others, as agreed upon with the client. Reservas CPM SAC offers services that may include meals during excursions. In order to meet specific dietary needs or medical restrictions, we request that you inform us of your dietary preferences, allergies, and intolerances in advance.

2.- Observation Period:

After receiving confirmation via email or other means of communication, the client has a maximum of 48 hours to make observations. If no observations are made within this period or if the client has already begun to enjoy the contracted services, it will be considered that the company has been accepted by the client.

3.- Modifications and Changes to Services:

The company reserves the right to make modifications to the services offered, including changes in itineraries, schedules, and providers, whenever necessary due to weather conditions, operational reasons, or force majeure. In the event of significant changes, the agency will inform the client and seek acceptable alternatives.

4.- Requirements for Foreigners:

Foreign passengers not residing in Peru must send a copy of the immigration stamp with the entry date to the country. This date must not exceed the limit established by current regulations (59 days) for the exemption from the payment of VAT. Otherwise, VAT will be applied to the total value of the contracted service. The confirmation of the reservation will be communicated by email along with the booking code.

5.- Documentation and Client Responsibilities:

It is the responsibility of the client to provide the necessary documentation for the trip, including passports, visas, and any other entry or exit requirements. The agency is not responsible for problems arising from the client's lack of adequate documentation.

6.- Identification Documentation:

All passengers must carry a valid passport or identity document according to their nationality, in accordance with Peruvian legal norms. Family groups traveling with children must carry the original passport or ID. If traveling with a guardian, a notarized permission from the parents will be required. Failure to provide this documentation at the time of service will result in the non-provision of the service and a penalty of 100% of the cost.

7.- Travel Insurance:

It is strongly recommended that the client purchase suitable travel insurance that covers eventualities such as cancellations, loss of luggage, accidents, and medical emergencies during the trip. The agency can offer additional insurance options according to the client's needs.

8.- Payment for Contracted Services:

Service reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability. An initial payment is required to guarantee the reservation, and the remaining balance must be paid as established in the agreement between the agency and the client. It is the responsibility of the client to make the initial payment or the balance of the contracted service within the deadlines established by Inca World Peru. In case of non-compliance, the company reserves the right to cancel the reservation without the option of a refund.

9.- Service Confirmation:

Service confirmation will be made once the online reservation request is received and the corresponding security deposit or full payment is made within the established deadlines.

10.- Start of Touristic Services:

The passenger will be contacted by the Tour Operator at the destination, and must identify themselves with their passport or identity document. The payment of the remaining balance, if any, must be made at that time to start the provision of touristic services. Inca World Peru will provide the client with the contact details of the person in charge or the assigned guide before the start of any contracted touristic activity. Likewise, if the passenger requires to be picked up at a specific location different from the one specified in the itinerary, they must coordinate it in advance with Inca World Peru to review possible additional charges.

11.- Travel Information:

It is the passenger's responsibility to provide details of their arrival and departure in advance, as well as any other information that is relevant to the development of the touristic activities (allergies, pre-existing illnesses, physical limitations, etc.).

12.- Entrance Tickets:

All entrance ticket reservations are personal, non-transferable, non-endorsable, and non-refundable.

13.- Cancellations and Refunds:

Cancellations are subject to specific policies of each service provider and may be subject to charges. Refunds, if applicable, will be made in accordance with the cancellation policies of each provider and are subject to the conditions agreed upon at the time of booking.

14.- Claims and Complaints:

Any claim or complaint related to the services provided must be communicated to the travel agency in a timely manner during the trip, so that appropriate corrective measures can be taken. The agency will strive to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.

15.- Personal Data Protection

Reservas CPM SAC is committed to preserving and safeguarding all information provided by the client as established by Peruvian Law 1581, from the beginning of the contact with the client to even after the end of the commercial relationship, as established by the Principle of confidentiality.
