Health:

  • It is advisable to bring your own medication if you have any pre-existing conditions.
  • Inform our guide of any medical conditions you have to ensure your well-being during the tour.
  • Be aware that acclimatization may be necessary, especially if you are not accustomed to high altitudes.

Safety:

  • Do not forget to carry your passport or valid ID.
  • Groups are limited to a maximum of 15 people to ensure a more personalized experience.
  • This excursion is suitable for children from 11 years old and pregnant women, but not recommended for people with vertigo.
  • It is mandatory to be accompanied by our tour guide at all times.
  • Carry the emergency contact of our company (Operations - Angela) for any eventuality.
  • Avoid separating from the group and exploring on your own for your safety.
  • Our transport is equipped with an oxygen tank and first aid kit for emergencies.
  • It is advisable to carry cash for personal expenses.

Clothing:

  • Wear loose and comfortable clothing, as well as breathable and durable footwear.
  • Bring a hat to protect yourself from the sun and rain, and sunglasses to protect your eyes.
  • During the rainy season (December to April), it is essential to carry waterproof clothing and a scarf or shawl for the cold.
  • Do not forget to bring a water bottle and mosquito repellent.

Sanitary:

  • If you have a cold or allergies, remember to wear a face mask during the tour and on the transportation.
  • Use 70% alcohol to regularly disinfect your hands.
