We start the tour picking you up from your hotel or from the airport in Iquitos, we will do a little tour around the city and we will go to the pier to board the fast boat, we will sail by the imposing Amazon river observing floating houses; And the impressive confluence with the Itay river; Making a stop at a fish farm to observe these huge fish; We will observe the largest aquatic lilac; We will also observe some caimans in a hatchery. We will continue our journey on the Amazon to our beautiful lodge, located on the banks of this river it also has a beautiful swimming pool. Once there we will enjoy a typical welcome drink and we will be assigned the bungalows or cabins.
We will walk along a trail to observe varieties of medicinal plants, in which we will learn about them and their uses; We will have a typical lunch and relax for a while. Shortly afterwards we will walk towards the jungle to a community of natives called Yaguas, where we will learn the method of hunting small animals with blowgun, and we will know their way of life and customs. Upon returning to our Lodge we will observe the sunset in the Amazon, and finally we will dine.
Early in the morning we will hike or ride in canoe to observe the great diversity of birds; We will take a rich breakfast and we will walk to the interior of the Forest to know the famous giant trees, like the ceiba; After this natural experience we will return to the hostel for lunch and take a short break.
In the afternoon we will sail along the Amazon River to visit a small village near the river called San Juan, where we will learn about the daily activities of its inhabitants, its small school, and how they grow bananas, cassava, uncucha, etc. In the evening we will take a walk to listen to the sounds of the jungle and finally enjoy a delicious dinner.
After breakfast, we will begin our excursion by sailing along the Amazon River, towards the Trapiche Artesanal, where we will have the incredible experience of extracting the cane juice in an artisan way, before we will give a demonstration and we will know the derivatives of this one, like rum Cane and molasses; We will go fishing and return to the lodge for lunch.
In the afternoon we can observe the sunset in the Amazon depending on the weather, and we will take the opportunity to relax in our hostel. We will have dinner and rest.
In our last day of magic and adventure, after breakfast we will visit the center of animal preservation, such as turtles, ground and water anacondas, lazy bear, parrots, toucans among others. We will return to the lodge for our delicious lunch.
Once our lunch is over, it will be time to return to the city, we will board our boat and en route we will stop in the district of Indiana located to the river bank, where we will be able to appreciate its church, its market, to buy some products of the forest and to take many Photos. Continuing with the return trip, we will arrive in Iquitos and finish our services leaving you at your hotel or at the airport.
