Arequipa is known as the White City for the existence of sillar in its constructions. It is located in the southern part of Peru and has 08 provinces.

Its geography is varied since it has a part of coast and a part of sierra.

Historically many years ago Arequipa was occupied by the Wari culture as well as the Churajón culture whose vestiges can still be seen in:  terraces, and in hydrography.

Nowadays Arequipa is a modern city that preserves its colonial constructions and that treasures with great zeal its history; Its inhabitants are proud of their past. It is a city with very hardworking and happy people.
