Treking Booking Conditions:
Travel Insurance: We strongly advise you to get travel insurance that covers accidents, medical expenses and emergency repatriation, including rescue and air ambulance. We also recommend that it covers cancellations and loss of luggage.
Risks: By booking any of our adventure trips (Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, Salcantay, Ausangate, Choquekirau trek, Inca jungle etc.) you assume the risks associated with them. For these INCA WORLD PERU accepts no responsibility.
Making a Reservation (Deposit): To secure a reservation of a tour or a tour package, it is necessary to make a payment of: 30% of TOTAL package cost non-refundable deposit per person. This can be done through Western Union money transfer company. The transfer is to be made in the name of:
- Maria Teresa Medina Gonzales: in the city of Cusco - Perú
An increment is also applicable in order to leave on special holidays or during election days (people are fined here if they don't vote). In this case, we use the increment to pay staff a bonus for leaving on their holiday or is used to pay the fines
Payment of Final Balance: We require you to pay your final balance in our offices at least 48 hours to your trek. Currently, we accept cash only (Peruvian soles or American dollars). We maintain the right to cancel your trek upon failure to make payment in this time-frame if you have not previously advised of a delayed arrival etc.
Cancellation: Inca World Peru must be notified of any changes or cancellations to your trip as soon as you are aware of them, via e-mail . On receiving written confirmation we will determine the applicable charges. We will not be able to refund your trek payment (Nor deposit) for cancellations made 48 hours or less prior to your trek. There will however be parts of your trip that you are able to use (Machu Picchu entrance fee, 1 train ticket, 1 bust ticket)
