LARCO MUSEUM:

The only vize-king building of the XVII century, that was constructed on a pre-columbian pyramid of the VIII century. This wonderful museum counts with an exquisite collection of gold and silver of the ancient Peru and has a famous room with erotic art.

These works are known as parts of expositions in the best museums in the world. It is one of the few museums in the world, that allows to enter the safes, which hold more than 45,000 archaeological findings, which were classified by renomated specialists and scientists.

NATIONAL MUSEUM FOR ARCHAEOLOGY, ANTROPOLOGY AND HISTORY OF PERU

Presented in a villa of the colonial time, which once was the residence of the vize-king and the libertadors, the embodiment of a museum for excellence in Peru. Here you will find the famous monuments out of rocks of the development time 1,000 B.C., "the Estela Raimondi" and "Tello Obelisk". It also has a textile collection, with textiles of the pre-ceramic times till the Inca Times. Furthermore it owns the most important metal collections of the ancient Peru.

Climax is the new Tawantinsuyo Rooml, which has a collection of 100 years of the Inca Times, withmodels and virtual copies.
