This trip leaves from the south end of Cusco, going through pictures villages, going up to the village of Tipon.

Itinerary

The journey starts with the tour on our tour bus of the South Valley of Cusco where you will see picturesque villages, diverse vegetation including, eucalyptus, palms, and Kantu (the sacred flower of the Incas).

Your first stop will be at Tipon Archaeological Park. Accompanied by our tour guide around this impressive complex dedicated to the worship of water as a source of life, you will find Inca stone homes and amazing systems used for agricultural experimentation.

Continuing the tour, you will visit the archaeological complex of pre-Inca citadel Pikillacta of the Wari culture, where you will see streets, sidewalks, buildings and other samples of the amazing symmetry and urban planning that was evident in this culture.

Lastly, you will visit Andahuaylillas- The Sistine Chapel of America and can see the beauty of the murals, sculptures in bulk and the main altar in gold leaf, as well as diverse flora that are found in the main square of this place, such as Pisonay, Palmera, and Kiswar, among others. Here you will have lunch then return to Cusco by tourist Bus.
