The Colca Canyon offers different trips and trekking tours that all are beautiful. There are a lot of trails that are used by the locals and their mules to carry food and other stuff around and of course by all the tourists from all over the world. You will also see different tectonic formations that are very impressive. In the Colca Canyon there is an imitable wild flora and fauna. You will meet the majestic condors, alpacas and different kinds of cactus plants and other vegetables. Another very impressive moment is when you can admire the snowy chain of volcanoes.
Colca Canyon Trekking 2D/1N
Here we will start our descent of approximately 1,000 meters till we reach the altitude of the Colca River. After that we will ascent to visit the first community of Campesina de San Juan de Chuccho, where we will have lunch. We will continue our journey to Cosñirhua and Malata. From here we will start again to descent to cross the suspension bride of Sangalle to reach the community of Sangalle, which is also known as oasis and public bath. Llahuar & Cataratas de Fure
You will be picked you up at your hotels at the indicated time (04:00 a.m.) and take our touristic bus. Then you will head to the cross of the condor, where you can observe the depth of the canyon and the majestic flights of the condors. You will have a packed lunch for breakfast. Then we will continue our journey to the village of Cabanoconde. Here we will have lunch. We will start our downhill walk through the deepest canyon of the world till we reach the village Llahuar. more information...
Trek 3D/2N
You will be picked up at your hotels at 03:30 a.m. and will take our touristic vehicle. Then you will head to the cross of the condor, where you can observe the depth of the canyon and the majestic flights of the condors. Later we will continue our journey to the village of Cabanoconde. Here we will have lunch and start our approximately 1,000 meter descent to the altitude of the river. We will make a detour to be able to appreciate some geysers. more information...
